‘The Boys Presents: Diabolical’ Receives Emmy Nomination
The nominees for the 74th annual Emmy Awards were announced yesterday, recognizing achievements in television from June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022.
The Boys Presents: Diabolical received a nomination under the Outstanding Short Form Animated Program category. The series will go up against Love Death + Robots, Robot Chicken, Star Wars: Visions, and When Billie Met Lisa for the award.
The Boys Presents: Diabolical is an eight-episode animated anthology series that explores unseen stories of superhero violence audiences have proven to love. Diabolical reveals unseen stories from The Boys universe — from Homelander’s first mission/mistake to Butcher and Hughie’s shenanigans in the style of the original comics. The series is available on Prime Video.

The 74th annual Emmy Awards are set to take place on September 12. However, the Creative Arts Emmy Awards will happen first on September 3-4. An edited presentation will be aired on September 10, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FXX.
