Filming for the final season of Netflix’s Top Boy is underway in London, and with it comes new additions to the cast.

Barry Keoghan, who was recently seen as Druig in Marvel Studios’ Eternals and the Joker in Matt Reeves’ The Batman, has joined the cast alongside Brian Gleeson, who is perhaps best known for his role in Peaky Blinders. Suffice to say, neither of these seasoned actors are strangers to crime drama.

While details on the roles are being kept a secret for now, the pair will play new characters Jonny and Tadgh. Keoghan and Gleeson join cast members Ashley Walters and Kane Robinson, Simbi Ajikawo, Jasmine Jobson, Saffron Hocking and Araloyin Oshunremi.

Top Boy is written by Ronan Bennett (Public Enemies). The final season will feature episodes directed by Myriam Raja, who will direct episodes 1-4, with Will Stefan Smith returning to direct the final two episodes.
