Netflix has released the first look at Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities as part of Geeked Week! The teaser promises gorgeous cinematography as it showcases the talented writer/directors and actors that will take part in the horror anthology series.
The series was conceived by del Toro, who oversaw the selection of horror filmmakers to bring their concepts to life (for a full list, check out our deep dive here). The large ensemble of actors set to appear over the course of the eight episode season includes Essie Davis, Luke Roberts, Andrew Lincoln, F. Murray Abraham, Rupert Grint, Glynn Turman, Ben Barnes, Elpidia Carrillo, Hannah Galway, Crispin Glover, Demetrius Grosse, David Hewlett, Tim Blake Nelson, Sebastian Roché, and Peter Weller.
Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities will premiere this year, with no official date set by Netflix as of yet. Stay tuned for more news as we get it!
