Casting for the upcoming fifth season of Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale is underway, and The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Christine Ko (Dave) will join the show’s ranks. Ko will take on the recurring role of Lily. She is a Gilead refugee who’s now a resistance leader for the Canada based movement. She is “a former Martha [who’s] gritty and resourceful.”

Previously on The Handmaid’s Tale, June and a small group of other handmaids sought their revenge on Fred Waterford, eventually killing him. After, June said her tearful goodbye to Nichole (and Luke) as she prepared to flee yet again. Season 5 will pick up after these events.

Production for season 5 is currently underway and is expected to premiere sometime later this year. In the meantime, stream seasons 1-4 of The Handmaid’s Tale now on Hulu. Keep up with the rest of our coverage here.
