My Chemical Romance Announces Supporting Acts for UK Tour Dates

Following an epic reunion show in Los Angeles in December 2019, My Chemical Romance will finally embark on on their long awaited return tour this year after multiple pandemic-related delays. The tour will kick off in Europe this May before eventually making its way to North America, and dates in New Zealand and Australia will then follow in 2023. Today, the band announced the supporting acts that will be joining them on various dates for the UK leg of the tour.

Supporting the band on select shows will be nine artists including British legends Placebo, punk troubadour Frank Turner, grit pop artist Cassyette, LA rock band Starcrawler, dark pop rock artist AViVA, the soulful rock ‘n roll of Barns Courtney, re-formed rock band LostAlone, US pop rock powerhouse Charlotte Sands, and sassy alt rock band Crawlers.

My Chemical Romance originally hails from Newark, New Jersey. Their debut album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, was released in 2002. The band would go on to change the face of the alternative rock scene in the years to come until they announced their breakup in March 2013.
