For the first time, the iconic character Harriet “the spy” is now in animated form. That’s right, the quirky 11-year-old, Harriet M. Welsch, who has a knack for writing and finding herself in sticky situations, is back in a 1960s New York setting.

The five-episode series released on Apple TV+ on November 19. During the episodes, fans will see Harriet work to improve her writing skills, acquire a new coat, watch 26 cats for some alone time, go up against her nemesis, and more.

Harriet the Spy, which is based on the Louise Fitzhugh book and produced by The Jim Henson Company, features the vocal talents of Beanie Feldstein (Harriet), Lacey Chabert (Marion Hawthorne), Jane Lynch (Ole Golly), Kimberly Brooks, Crispin Freeman, Grey Griffin, Bumper Robinson, and Charlie Schlatter.
