It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
Disney+ has dropped the new trailer for its brand-new adventure comedy Home Sweet Home Alone.
The film is a reimagining of John Hughes’ 1990 holiday classic, Home Alone, and it follows the story of a 10-year-old boy named Max, who is accidentally left home alone while the rest of his family leaves on a trip to Tokyo. It’s all fun and games until a married couple tries to break into Max’s house in order to steal back a valuable heirloom.
Home Sweet Home Alone is based on the screenplay by John Hughes and stars Ellie Kemper, Rob Delaney, Archie Yates, Aisling Bea, Kenan Thompson, Tim Simons, Pete Holmes, Devin Ratray, Ally Maki, and Chris Parnell. The film is directed by Dan Mazer and written by Mikey Day and Streeter Seidel. The film will debut exclusively on Disney + on November 12.
