The first bit of news for the second season of Superman & Lois has arrived, and it involves a Teen Wolf reunion between Tyler Hoechlin and Ian Bohen. Bohen is set to play Lt. Mitch Anderson in the upcoming season according to Deadline.

In the comics, Mitch (alias Outburst) is the leader of the Supermen of America, an organization created to follow Superman’s core principles looking to take over his position. As per the character description, Mitch doesn’t like that Superman is treated as “untouchable” just because he’s a superhero.

Earlier in season 1, Tag (the high schooler turned metahuman) was taken to a school for metahuman children run by the DoD. Could Superman & Lois be teasing the introduction of the Supermen of America later down the line?

Season 1 of Superman & Lois saw the Kent family move to Smallville from the big city. While Superman (and Clark for that matter) hasn’t given up his duties, the family must protect all of their secrets from prying eyes.

The Kent family consists of Tyler Hoechlin as Clark/Superman, Bitsie Tulloch as Lois, Alex Garfin as Jordan, Jordan Elsass as Jonathan. Superman & Lois also stars Dylan Walsh as Sam Lane, Sofia Hasmik as Chrissy Beppo, Inde Navarrette as Sarah Cushing, Erik Valdez as Kyle Cushing, Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang Cushing, and Wolé Parks as John Henry Irons.

Season 2 of Superman & Lois recently began production. Be sure to check out our season 1 coverage, and stay tuned for more news on the series!
