‘The Blacklist’ Season 9 Fall Premiere Date Released!

Blacklisters! Get your fedora’s ready because you’ll get your Blacklist fix sooner than expected! Last season, the premiere date was pushed back due to COVID-19 restrictions, but luckily the season 9 premiere date won’t be nearly as late.

According to TV Line, The Blacklist’s ninth season will premiere at 8 p.m. on a new night, Thursday, October 21, 2021. At the end of season 8, we saw a tragic farewell to one of the titular characters of NBC’s drama since the pilot, Liz Keen (Megan Boone) after she was killed by one of Neville Townsend’s men, Vandyke. The team finds her bleeding in the street as a heartbroken Reddington and Dembe run from the scene.

What will become of the Task Force and Reddington now that Liz is gone?
