The CW has announced its summer schedule for the network’s current slate of shows, and among the confirmed dates was Superman & Lois‘ season 1 finale. Superman & Lois is set to bow out on August 17, one week before Supergirl returns to air the rest of its final season. It was recently revealed that The Flash‘s Tom Cavanagh will direct the season finale.

The series follows the Kent family — Clark/Superman (Tyler Hoechlin), Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch), and their two twin teenage boys Jordan (Alex Garfin) and Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) — as they relocate to Smallville and have to adjust to small town living all while keeping the secret of their family tight-lipped. However, the number of threats that loom put them in jeopardy.

Superman & Lois airs Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. ET on The CW. Check out our other coverage here.
