Oscar winner Greg Kinnear and Sepideh Moafi will star alongside Taron Egerton, Paul Walter Hauser, and Ray Liotta in Apple’s upcoming limited series In With The Devil.
Kinnear will play Vermillion County Chief Investigator Brian Miller, and Moafi will portray FBI agent Lauren McCauley in the six-episode series written by bestselling author Dennis Lehane (Mystic River) and directed by Michaël R. Roskam (Lockdown, Racer and the Jailbird).
The series will center on football standout Jimmy Keene (Egerton), the son of a Chicago cop (Liotta) who winds up in prison with no chance for parole. He eventually is offered a deal: if he can befriend a fellow inmate (Hauser) and get him to confess to two murders, Keene will earn his freedom.
In With The Devil is an adaptation of James Keene and Hillel Levin’s 2010 novel In With The Devil: A Fallen Hero, A Serial Killer, and A Dangerous Bargain for Redemption, from Richard Plepler’s Eden Productions, Imperative Entertainment and Apple Studios.
