Following The Falcon and The Winter Soldier‘s finale last week, the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s new Captain America, Anthony Mackie, joined host Stephen Colbert for a chat last night on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Mackie discussed taking on his new mantle, what it means to be the first Black Captain America in the MCU, and working out and staying in shape. Colbert also showed off one of the new action figures featuring Sam Wilson as Cap.
