‘Everything’s Gonna Be Okay’ Cast Will Host Panel For Autism Acceptance Month

In celebration of Autism Acceptance Month, the cast behind Everything’s Gonna Be Okay will participate in a panel with the Autism Society of America. Kayla Cromer, Lillian Carrier, Maeve Press, Adam Faison, and Josh Thomas (who also created the series) will appear at the event, which will take place on Facebook Live on April 2.

Everything’s Gonna Be Okay has been praised for its representation of autism through the lead character of Matilda (Cromer) as well as supporting characters like Drea (Carrier) and Jeremy (Carsen Warner). Carrier also serves as the show’s autism consultant, and the creators behind the show are committed to casting authentically.

Everything’s Gonna Be Okay will return for its second season on April 8 on Freeform with back-to-back episodes. You can watch the panel here, and check out the trailer for season 2 here.
