The Monsters, Incorporated crew is making its next return thanks to Disney+. This July, the streamer will release a new animated series called Monsters at Work, and joining the cast is Mindy Kaling.

Kaling will voice Val Little, “an enthusiastic member of the Monsters, Inc. Facilities Team (aka “MIFT”).” She joins the previously announced John Goodman, Billy Crystal, and Bonnie Hunt, who all return to reprise their roles from Monsters, Inc.

Monsters at Work is set the day after the Monsters, Inc. plant learned, thanks to Mike and Sully, that laughter generates more energy than screams. It follows Taylor Tuskmon, a monster who had his sights set on becoming a Scarer until being temporarily reassigned to the MIFT. As he works with the group, he also readjusts his goal to become a Jokester instead.

The series also features the voice talents of Ben Feldman, Henry Winkler, Lucas Neff, Alanna Ubach, and more.

Monsters at Work premieres exclusively on Disney+ on July 2.
