Deadline has exclusively revealed that Mother/Android with Chloë Grace Moretz has been acquired by Hulu.
The film follows a pregnant woman named Georgia (Moretz) and her boyfriend Sam (Algee Smith) who are on a journey to get Georgia to safety to give birth. Their country has unexpectedly come under involvement in a war with artificial intelligence. They must tackle No Man’s Land mere days before Georgia’s scheduled delivery date. Raul Castillo also stars.
Moretz can currently be seen playing Kayla in the new Tom and Jerry film, and Smith can be seen in Judas and the Black Messiah as Jake Winters.
The film is set to premiere on the streamer later this year.
