It’s time for Festivale! Get ready to join Pavé the peacock in the town square and help him throw a party worthy of your island.

On Thursday, January 28 a free update will be available for Animal Crossing: New Horizons on your Switch with a brand new guest and event — Festivale on February 15!

On the day of Festivale, Pavé will send you on quests for brightly colored feathers he needs to break it down and dance to his full potential. However, the missions won’t come without reward, it looks like Pavé will have some gifts to give for your assistance in collecting what he needs. Whether they’ll be in the form of a DIY or an item has yet to be seen, but don’t miss the event!

Also announced, another free update for ACNH will be arriving in March! The January update will be available to download at 9 a.m. Japan Standard Time on January 28 (and remember time travelers, with the last update you could no longer travel forward to events, but you can travel back!)
