Andrew Lincoln and Naomi Watts Shine in ‘Penguin Bloom’ Trailer
Netflix has released the trailer for its newest inspirational drama, Penguin Bloom, which is based on a true story — Samantha Bloom’s story.
Academy Award nominated Naomi Watts takes on the role of Samantha who suffers a near-fatal accident that leaves her unable to walk. As she learns to adjust to her new life, she finds hope in an unlikely companion — a bird named Penguin.
The film also stars Andrew Lincoln, Jacki Weaver (Animal Kingdom), Rachel House (Moana, Thor: Ragnarok), Leeanna Walsman (Star Wars: Attack of the Clones), Abe Clifford-Barr, Felix Cameron, Griffin Murray-Johnston, and Lisa Hensley.
This is Lincoln’s first role post The Walking Dead and if the trailer is anything to go by .. we can’t wait to see the full heart-warming and inspirational film!
Penguin Bloom will be available to stream on Netflix January 27.
