A new, unique lightsaber is making its way to Batuu. After a challenge on the Disney Parks Blog — where Star Wars fans got to vote on which lightsaber they would like to see next — Cal Kestis’ lightsaber won and will be offered at Dok Ondar’s Den of Antiquities at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge next year.

Cal, played by ShamelessCameron Monaghan, is a Padawan survivor of Order 66 and is the hero in the 2019 critically acclaimed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order video game. This will be the first lightsaber offered at Dok’s that originated from a video game!

In addition to Cal’s lightsaber, two more iconic lightsabers will be added to the parks: Ahsoka Tano’s double sabers from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and Count Dooku’s signature saber with the curved handle. Those two lightsabers will be available for purchase this fall. These new lightsabers will join other iconic legacy lightsabers like Luke Skywalker’s, Rey’s, and Darth Vader’s.

Right now, Walt Disney World Resort in Florida is open with social distancing and mask policies due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Disneyland Resort in California is still closed. No word yet on when it will reopen.

You can play Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order now on XBOX One, Playstation 4, and on your PC.
