When you think of musical collaborations, I bet this one never crossed your minds. Here is a hint: it is out of this world.
The Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum and multi-talented musician Diplo have come together to release Under Ancient Skies. The album features Diplo’s ambient music from his MMXX album released in September and the narration from the creator and host of the podcast Song Exploder (coming to Netflix in October as a series) Hrishikesh Hirway.
In Under Ancient Skies, explore the universe and our human experience in it throughout history and across space and time, set to music by @diplo.

Each of the 12 chapters, written by the museum, combines the ambient music of Diplo and the spoken words that connect nature, human experience, and the cosmos. If you love space, this is a must!
You can stream Under Ancient Skies on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or other streaming services.
