Deadline is reporting that All The Old Knives, starring Chris Pine and Thandie Newton, has finally found a home at Amazon!

The film, a spy thriller based on the novel by Olen Steinhauer, is set in the town of Carmel-by-the-Sea and follows two ex-lovers, one who is a CIA spy and the other who is an ex-spy, that meet over dinner to reminisce on their times at Vienna station. The conversation disastrously turns to a hijacking of Royal Jordanian Flight 127, which tragically ended in the deaths of all those on board. The failure haunts the CIA to this day, and Henry has come back to Carmel to finally close that chapter. As they deflect with their flirting, it becomes evidently clear that one of them won’t survive the dinner.

Pine is also set to executive produce the film through Barry Linen Pictures.
