As part of Hulu’s Emmy campaign for Normal People, the cast and creative team joined moderator Jenelle Riley of Variety for a discussion on the YouTube series Half Hour With. The panelists included Lenny Abrahamson (executive producer and director), Alice Birch (writer), Paul Mescal (Connell Waldron), and Louise Kiely (casting director). All four landed Emmy nominations for their work on the show. In the 30 minute conversation, they discuss the process of making the series as well as their reactions to the Emmy campaign for the series.
