Hot on the heels of some big delays in the Disney release schedule, it looks like another is joining the ranks.

The Spider-Man: Far From Home sequel starring Tom Holland has been delayed until December 17, 2021 from its initial November 5, 2021 scheduled release date. It will now debut in the spot that was recently home for the long-awaited Avatar 2, which was set back one year to December 16, 2022.

This will be the third installment of the standalone Spider-Man franchise from the Sony/Marvel team and see Tom Holland as the web-slinger for his sixth appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Filming is reportedly set to begin soon.
