Share

So you’ve binged the premiere season of The Mandalorian on Disney+ a minimum of five times already, you’ve purchased no less than 10 Baby Yoda toys, Din Djarin is your boyfriend, and you’re on your second round of the epic behind-the-scenes docuseries Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian. Now what?

Well, according to Starwars.com, fans of the bounty hunting space dad and his tiny green son now have even more The Mandalorian content to look forward to on the heels of the upcoming second season — books!

The Mandalorian finally has its own publishing program on the way, which will consist of an array of books and titles for young Padawans and wise old Jedi alike. Titles will begin to arrive this fall, with more on the way through the winter and spring.

A sneak peek at cover art designed by Lucasfilm’s Doug Chiang for The Art of The Mandalorian (Season One) by Phil Szostak has already been revealed.

Star Wars encyclopedia collectors can also look forward to another Pablo Hidalgo masterpiece — The Mandalorian: The Ultimate Visual Guide (We demand a 3-page spread on The Child, minimum. This is The Way.)

Other announced titles include:

  • The Mandalorian: Original Novel by Adam Christopher
  • The Mandalorian: Allies & Enemies by Brooke Vitale
  • The Mandalorian: 8×8 Storybook (title TBA) by Brooke Vitale
  • The Mandalorian: Junior Novelization by Joe Schreiber

Comic fans, you haven’t been forgotten, because Marvel and IDW Publishing are on it. Additionally, a variety of magazine, novelty, and coloring and activity titles will be coming from Titan, Studio Fun, Crayola, Thunder Bay Press, Disney Publishing Worldwide, and Dreamtivity, along with retellings of the epic first season via a Little Golden Book and Screen Comix.

Season 2 of The Mandalorian will arrive on Disney+ this October.
