Creation Entertainment has announced that the Stranger Con L.A. has officially been postponed. The convention is now scheduled to take place March 20-21, 2021 at the same location, the Los Angeles Convention Center. This is the second postponement and is due to ongoing concerns about COVID-19 and the possibility that L.A. will extend their closures through August.

As of right now, Millie Bobby Brown, Noah Schnapp, Finn Wolfhard, Sadie Sink, Matty Cardarople, and Chester Rushing are confirmed for the new dates. Creation will be honoring all admission tickets, a la carte photo op and autograph tickets, and will be automatically emailing updated tickets with the new date within a few weeks. All attendees must cancel their hotel reservations, and a new link will be provided shortly to re-book your reservations for the new date.

If you cannot make the new dates, Creation asks you email customer service to request a refund. The deadline for refund requests is June 11, 2020. Refunds will be processed after this date and may take up to eight weeks to go through. Visit Creation’s website for further information.

Katherine joined the Nerds and Beyond team as a writer in 2020. Her superpowers include balancing being a part time tutor, and preparing to be a first year teacher. Her lifelong obsessions include World War ll, hard rock, creative writing, solving complex math problems, and kittens. But her biggest loves are Linkin Park, Evanescence, Sleeping At Last, Supernatural, Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit, Stargate, and more. When she isn’t binge watching/listening to her favorites (for the nth time), she can be found traveling the country—mostly to different concerts and conventions.
