The first clip and an official poster from Dave Franco’s upcoming directorial debut, The Rental, have been revealed exclusively by Entertainment Weekly.

This horror film, which was written by Franco (Now You See Me, The Disaster Artist) and Joe Swanberg (You’re Next), follows the story of two brothers, portrayed by Dan Stevens (Legion) and Jeremy Allen White (Shameless), who rent what is seemingly a perfect house by the sea for a weekend getaway with their respective partners, portrayed by Alison Brie (GLOW) and Sheila Vand (A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night). Their vacation takes a turn for the worst, though, as secrets between friends are revealed and they begin to suspect that they may not be alone in their rental house.

Watch the chilling new clip below, in which Stevens has an ominous conversation with his partner, Brie.

The official poster for the film has also been released.

The Rental is set to premiere in select theaters, drive-ins, and on demand on July 24.
