Jonas Brothers and Kelly Clarkson Cancel Vegas Residencies Due to Coronavirus
The Jonas Brothers and Kelly Clarkson are just two of many artists affected by COVID-19. In January, the brothers announced a brand new Las Vegas residency at MGM-Grand April 1-18, while Clarkson announced her show in November and was also due to start April 1 and run through September at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. Unfortunately, due to the spread of the virus, both have made the tough decision to cancel their shows.

In a message to fans on Twitter, the trio has said they were so excited to share the amazing show with fans, “but nothing is more important than everyone’s health and safety.” Anyone who purchased tickets will be refunded at the original point of purchase. There is currently no word on if the Jonas Brothers will reschedule their residency.
The same day just an hour later, Clarkson announced her own show, “Invincible,” would be postponed until July “out of concern and care for everyone’s safety,” also stating that production on The Kelly Clarkson Show shut down the previous night. Details regarding ticket replacement have yet to be announced, but the singer said it will be forthcoming.
