The second season of Amazon Prime Video’s hit television series The Boys is set to arrive this summer, after an epic premiere season last year.

In anticipation of this, Entertainment Weekly has shared an exclusive scoop and photos of a new character that will be introduced in season 2 — Stormfront. Portrayed by Aya Cash (You’re the Worst), the on-screen adaption of Stormfront already appears to be a bit different from her male comic counterpart, but her overall agenda remains to be seen. What we do know is that she’s a Supe — a very powerful one, at that — and her arrival will certainly shake things up for the Boys and the Seven.

According to EW, Stormfront and her weather-manipulating capabilities will prove to be a match for Homelander, which will be an interesting turn and dynamic for Antony Starr’s character.

Check out EW’s exclusive photos of Stormfront below.

Between this and the teaser trailer released in December, this next season promises to be just as epic as the first.

Catch showrunner Eric Kripke, executive producer Evan Goldberg, and series stars Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Chace Crawford, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, and Karen Fukuhara at PaleyFest LA on March 15 at 7 p.m. for The Boys Q&A panel. Kripke has confirmed that the first 10 minutes of season 2 will be screened exclusively during the panel, along with some other surprises!
