It’s Tearing up Our Hearts There’s Been No *NSYNC Reunion but This Film Might Be the Next Best Thing
It may not be an *NSYNC reunion, but fans will dig the nostalgia!
Band member Lance Bass and his production company have inked a deal with Sony’s TriStar Pictures for a feature film based on the true story about a group of *NSYNC super fans. With their winnings from a run on The Price is Right, the group of fans buys an RV with plans for a country-wide road trip that stops at each city during the band’s 2001 tour.
Fans have been waiting with anticipation for news on the film ever since Bass shared the project with ‘Variety’ at last year’s SXSW. The film doesn’t have a title yet, though it’s said to have a Pitch Perfect and Girls Trip kind of vibe.
There is no word yet on when the project will begin production. Stay tuned as Lance is sure to keep eager fans updated!
