‘Mama Bear’ Screening at Santa Monica Film Festival This Weekend

Matt Cohen’s Mama Bear is set to screen at another film festival – this time the Santa Monica Film Festival!

Mama Bear was written by Lee Ehlers, stars Mandy Musgrave and was directed by Cohen. Mama Bear previously screened at festivals such as the Olympus Film Festival, Philadelphia Independent Film Festival, California International Film Festival and Woods Hole Film Festival.

The short has won several awards from Hollyshorts, including Best Director, Best Original Score, Best Actress and Best Producer from the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards, as well as the Zeus Award from the Olympus Film Festival.

The film is set to screen this Saturday, November 30, at 1:00pm. Tickets are $10 plus fees, and you can purchase them here.
