The weeks leading up to Rhode Island Comic Con may be dwindling, but the guest announcements aren’t!

This week, five new guests were announced for the huge line-up (you can see our write up on the fifth guest here):

Next up is Nichelle Nichols, Lieutenant Uhura herself! Best known for her work in Star Trek aboard the USS Enterprise as our favorite communications officer, she is also a talented singer and voice artist. You can see her all three days of the show.

Watch out! Freddy Krueger is headed to Rhode Island. Meet the horror legend Robert Englund on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The veteran of over 75 feature films, he’s a legend in his own right.

Finally, Richard Dreyfuss will also be in attendance! He will be at the convention all three days to chat about Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and American Graffiti.

In addition to those celebrities, RICC has also added comic book artist Clayton Crain! You can find him in artist’s alley!

Rhode Island Comic Con is just under two months away. Tickets, photo ops, and autographs with the celebrity guests are on sale now! These four new headliners join the ranks of Elijah Wood (Lord of the Rings), Chevy Chase (Caddyshack, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation), Karl Urban (The Boys, Thor: Ragnarok, Lord of the Rings) and many more.

RICC will be held in Providence, Rhode Island November 1-3.

Kaity started with Harry Potter in second grade and it’s been a losing battle ever since, or maybe a winning one ... She lives in New England with a small herd of cats, two dogs, three chinchillas, and one daughter. You can definitely find her either watching anime, reading manga, or playing the same five video games over and over again. Contact:
