While at FAN EXPO Canada, Nerds and Beyond had the opportunity to take part in a roundtable interview with Bruce Campbell (Ash vs Evil Dead, Burn Notice) to discuss the Ripley’s Believe It or Not television show, in which he is the host and one of the producers.

In the interview, Campbell mentions being a fan of the previous shows and books. In the first season, they have done 60 stories, including one about a blind child who learned how to ride a bike and is now teaching other blind children how to ride! He mentions working on the tone of the show, treating the guests with respect, and how the show’s stories can be inspirational and positive.

The documentary-style ten-episode first season of the show premiered in Canada on the DTOUR channel on Wednesday, August 28. Ripley’s Believe It or Not premiered earlier in June on the Travel Channel in the US.
