‘Arrow’ Introduces New Cast Member at SDCC and Releases Season 8 Teaser

The cast and producers of The CW’s hit DC based show Arrow introduced a new cast member, Charlie Barnett, and elaborated on what to expect for the show’s eighth and final season during the San Diego Comic-Con panel on Saturday.

The seventh season introduced both Mia Smoak and Connor Hawke, and ended with the reappearance of The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett). Next season we will meet John Diggle’s son, John Diggle, Jr (Charlie Barnett), the leader of the Deathstroke Gang. He will be at odds with Mia and his brother, Connor.

Charlie Barnett joins the cast as the newest member. He most recently starred the Netflix series Russian Doll. Arrow will return for its final season Tuesday, October 15 at 9/8c on The CW.
