The first trailer for the upcoming film Ford v. Ferrari just released, courtesy of 20th Century Fox. James Mangold (Logan, 3:10 to Yuma) directs the biographical drama, which stars Christian Bale (Vice, The Fighter), Matt Damon (Jason Bourne, The Martian), and Jon Bernthal (The Punisher).

The film is based on a true story, taking place in 1966 during the 24 Hours of Le Mans race. It follows Carroll Shelby (Damon), an American car designer who’s tasked with building a car that would help Ford challenge Ferrari. Shelby enlists the help of British racer Ken Miles (Bale) to race the new Ford car. In the trailer, Miles says, “And how long did you tell them you needed? Two, three hundred years?” providing a small taste of the massive undertaking the two are preparing to face.

The trailer showcases its powerhouse cast, and offers a glimpse at the turbo-charged action and drama. Mangold promises yet another strong film. Ford v. Ferrari releases in theaters Nov. 15.
