Nathan Dean Parsons to Star in Hallmark Channel Movie ‘The Heart of Texas’

Whether fans know Nathan Dean Parsons from The Originals, General Hospital, or his latest tv show Roswell, New Mexico, they won’t have to wait very long at all to see his next project. Filming wraps this week for The Heart of Texas, a Hallmark Channel movie currently filming in Vancouver.

Hallmark’s synopsis of the film reads:

Web entrepreneur Abby hides her Texas roots to convince a backer she’s from New England, a task complicated by a trip home and an unexpected reunion with Ryan, her high school sweetheart.

Jonna Walsh (Couples Retreat, Baby Daddy) stars as Abby, while Nathan plays opposite her as her high school sweetheart Ryan.

Director Richard Gabai shared a few photos from set.

 

Nathan also shared a photo from set, happy to be working with Richard again. (They previously worked on Justice together.)

 

The Heart of Texas will premiere on The Hallmark Channel Saturday, May 11 at 8/7c.
