Big news for Arrow fans! It’s been announced that Katie Cassidy, who was a regular on the show until the end of Season 4, will return as a regular for Season 6! Fans know her for her portrayal of Dinah Laurel Lance / Black Canary, but will be back as Black Siren for Season 6.
