Yesterday, guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom had a chance to participate in being an audience for The View. Guests were being asked near the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom if they’d like to participate in being an audience member, for a special taping of Festival of the Lion King.
The audience was gathered and participated in a dance off, etc. while they waited for the filming to begin. The hosts of The View – Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sara Haines, Jedediah Bila and Sunny Hostin were all present for the taping, dressed up like the performers in Festival of the Lion King!
Whoopi Goldberg introduced the scene, raising a toy Simba above her head singing the opening to The Circle of Life.
