Caitlin Kinnunen Joins “BUILD Brunch” to Talk about ‘The Prom’

Broadway’s Caitlin Kinnunen, star of the musical comedy The Prom, joined “BUILD Brunch” hosts Shannon Coffey, Brittany Jones-Cooper, Lukas Thimm, and Nicole Pellegrino on April 12. Caitlin shares what it is like to be a part of this positive and hopeful musical, as well as the reaction from fans of the show. “We get a lot of young adults and kids reaching out to us on social media and even in person at the stage door, and they just, they feel seen and feel heard and represented like they haven’t before.”

Caitlin also discusses how she strives to be honest about her life on social media, including opening up about dating a woman.
