If  30 years of Halloween Horror Nights was not a big enough milestone for Universal’s Orlando Resort, 2020 is also the 25th anniversary of its multi-month Mardi Gras party.

From Feb. 1 through April 2, Universal Studios will transform into iconic Mardi Gras’ purples and golds while concerts, parades and selfie stations fill the park.

As of yesterday, that transformation includes a whole new menu of Mardi Gras-inspired dishes inside the new Carnival Around the Universe food tent.

Depending on the week you arrive to party, a different food theme will be at your fingertips:
Week 1 & 2: Trinidad & Tobago
Week 3 & 4: Louisiana Creole
Week 5 & 6: Brazil
Week 7 & 8: Germany

For party goers who would rather sip and stroll than sink into a chair with all that glorious food, Mardi Gras has you covered with drinks like the Blue Voodoo and High Seas Twister. New ice cream flavors are also available, including the Lost City of Atlantis and Mardi Gras soft serve.

Of course, if you prefer the classic Gator Bites or Catfish Po’ Boy, Universal is bringing them all back, too.
