Universal Orlando Resort has extended its Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval celebration. The celebration was to end on March 28, but due to popular demand will now run through May 2.

Guests who haven’t experienced the celebration now have a chance to explore the global food festival and taste over 100 unique food and beverage items inspired by traditional dishes from around the world including Brazil, Canada, Italy, France, and New Orleans.

That’s not all! Guests have more time to check out the amazing entertainment the celebration has to offer. Make sure to check out the Mardi Gras floats scattered around Universal Studios Florida, the Big Easy bash featuring dancers, stilt performers, and brass band musicians, and the Mardi Gras Tribute Store. There will also be Carnaval-inspired treats at Universal CityWalk and the Universal Orlando hotels.
