AMC has released the opening minutes of this week’s bonus episode of The Walking Dead, “Splinter.”
At the end of “A Certain Doom” Eugene, Yumiko, and King Ezekiel are on a mission to meet up with Stephanie, the woman that Eugene has been communicating with via radio. On the trip, they encounter the enigmatic Princess who joins them on their quest. Appearing at a seemingly abandoned rail yard waiting for Stephanie to show up, they instead come back to face with armored soldiers — The Commonwealth.
In the new clip, we see the aftermath of the capturing. The four get split up, and we see Princess get thrown into a room by the soldiers. In the background, the others can be heard trying their best to reason with them, to no avail.
“Splinter” airs Sunday, March 21 at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
