The doctor is in, and the only patient she’s seeing is Dembe. In episode 10 of The Blacklist, Laverne Cox, known for her role in Orange is the New Black, guest stars as the torturous Dr. Laken Perillos.

In it, Dr. Perillos is telling Dembe about the torture device that’s poking straight into his neck, and how she wants information on the Sirkorsky Archive.
