Ainsley Whitly Wants to Talk About Dad in New ‘Prodigal Son’ Preview

With the explosive season 1 finale and the reveal in the season 2 premiere that Ainsley Whitly is truly dissociating from the murder of Nicholas Endicott, it’s left fans of Prodigal Son wondering if she does remember at least some of what happened deep down. In the latest preview for episode 2, “Speak of the Devil”, it looks like we might get some answers about Ainsley’s past as well as what, if anything, she’s retained from that night.

Season 1 revealed that Ainsley’s childhood friend Mr. Boots was actually a serial killer partner of Martin’s who used to sneak through the Whitly home silently and gifted Ainsley an angel figurine when he was caught on at least one occasion. What else did Ainsley witness in her childhood that might have left more a psychological scar than anyone ever realized? Check out the promo below!

Prodigal Son airs Tuesdays on FOX at 9/8 C. What do you think will happen in “Speak of the Devil”? Let us know in the comments below!
