9-1-1: Lone Star‘s second season is less than a week away, and in anticipation, FOX is spotlighting one of its hottest new couples. For what has been deemed “Tarlos Tuesday” on the Lone Star Twitter account for the last few weeks, the network has released a brand new preview featuring Ronen Rubinstein and Rafael Silva talking about T.K. and Carlos being an official couple in the upcoming season. And according to Rubinstein, Tarlos is “hotter than the volcano” that the 126 will be battling early on in the season. It’s two first responders being there for each other, says Silva, while Rubinstein mentions that their relationship gets tighter and closer. Silva states that portraying LGBTQIA+ characters in that light is imperative.

The preview also features new scenes of T.K. and Carlos that is sure to get fans to fall in love with them and their relationship all over again. Carlos telling a bartender that T.K.’s boyfriend is a cop, T.K. seemingly meeting Carlos’ family, and Carlos hanging out at the firehouse are just some of the scenes fans can look forward to in the new season.
