The more details that emerge about the series, the more the excitement builds. The first episode of the season, set in the 50s, was filmed live in front of a studio audience, while one taking place in the 2000s will have vibe akin to the beloved comedy from that era, The Office.
Some of our favorites from Marvel films past will be rejoining us, including Kat Dennings’ Darcy Lewis from Thor and Randall Park’s Agent Jimmy Woo from Ant-Man, along with an adult Monica Rambeau from Captain Marvel somehow finding herself tossed into a world where she doesn’t even know her name played by Teyonah Parris.
WandaVision will tie into the Doctor Strange sequel, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, with Elizabeth Olsen reprising her role as Wanda Maximoff in the film.
The first episode of WandaVision will release on Friday, January 15 exclusively on Disney+.
