Watch the Out of This World Trailer for ‘Resident Alien’ Coming to SYFY in January 2021

SYFY has released an out of this world trailer and key art for Resident Alien, a new series coming January 27, 2021. This 10-episode series is best described as “the sci-fi murder mystery doctor dramedy earth needs now.”

The series follows Harry Vanderspeigle (Alan Tudyk), a doctor not from around the small town of Patience, Colorado. One day he finds himself helping local law enforcement solve a murder, bringing new questions that have him wrestling with a moral dilemma. By the way, there is something you should know about Harry; he is an alien. No, really, his ship crash-landed. Now, he is Harry and trying to pass as a human.

Resident Alien is developed by Chris Sheridan (Family Guy) and based on the Dark Horse comic of the same name. It stars Alan Tudyk (Doom Patrol), Sara Tomko (Once Upon a Time), Corey Reynolds (The Closer), Meredith Garretson (Prodigal Son), Levi Fiehler (Mars), Elizabeth Bowen (No Tomorrow), Judah Prehn (Adam Ruins Everything), Alice Wetterlund (People of Earth), and many more.
