After years of rumors and development, Disney has officially confirmed that Amy Adams will return in Disenchanted, a sequel to the hit film Enchanted!

Enchanted starred Adams as Giselle, a princess whose world turns upside down when she finds herself in modern New York City. The musical also starred Patrick Dempsey, Idina Menzel, James Marsden, Susan Sarandon, and more with songs by Disney legends Stephen Schwartz and Alan Menken. It received three Oscar nominations for Best Song.

Disenchanted will stream exclusively on Disney+, with no official release date set. There is also no word on other casting announcements, but stay tuned for more info as we get it!
