The curse of movie delays has struck again and this time, its new victims are the new Candyman and Ghostbusters: Afterlife movies. Both movies are either reboots or sequels of beloved films. Sadly, this will not be the last of the movies to be pushed further into 2021 and beyond.

It also stars Teyonah Parris, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Colman Domingo, Tony Todd, and Vanessa Estelle Williams. It is scheduled to hit theaters August 27, 2021.
According to Deadline, Ghostbusters: Afterlife by Sony and Columbia Pictures stars Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Annie Potts, Ernie Hudson, and Paul Rudd in this installment of the Ghostbusters franchise. The film is directed by Jason Reitman and produced by Ivan Reitman. It follows the story of a single mother who moves to a new town with her children to discover their family history surrounding the original Ghostbusters.
