The show must go on, but in 2021! Creation Entertainment’s annual Star Trek convention in Las Vegas has officially been postponed to 2021. Previously scheduled for December 9-13, 2020, the convention will now take place on August 11-15, 2021 at the same venue, the Rio All-Suites Resort Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The new 2021 dates happen to coincide with the 55th anniversary of Star Trek, and in celebration of this milestone, Creation is renaming the convention to “Creation Entertainment Presents the 55-Year Mission Tour.” As usual, this convention will have over a 100 guests, with an assortment of contests, special events, photo ops, and autographs.

Dozens of guests scheduled to attend the convention have been confirmed for the new dates, including William Shatner, Rod Roddenberry, and more! All convention attendees must ensure their 2020 hotel reservations have been canceled, and Creation will be updating their website soon with new booking links for the 2021 dates.

If you can attend the new dates, Creation Entertainment will automatically transfer your tickets to the 2021 dates. This includes all admission, autograph, and photo op tickets. Look out for an email from Creation within the next few weeks containing your tickets updated with the new 2021 dates, as tickets with the 2020 will no longer be valid!

If you cannot attend the new dates, you are able to request a refund from Creation Entertainment by emailing them at customer.service@creationent.com. The deadline to request a refund is October 27, 2020 at 3 p.m. PDT. Please include the convention name and city, along with your ticket invoice number(s) in your email. Refunds may take up to eight weeks after this deadline to be processed. If you do not request a refund by this date, your tickets will be transferred automatically to the new 2021 dates.

For those keeping their Gold and Captain’s Chair admission tickets for the new 2021 dates, Creation is offering a special bonus gift! Customers with Gold admission will receive a $200 gift certificate when they arrive at the convention. The certificate can only be used in person at the convention to purchase any Creation merchandise, photo op tickets, autograph tickets, admission tickets, and more. Customers with Captain’s Chair admission tickets will receive a $100 gift certificate at the convention.
