Disney Launches New GroupWatch Watch Party Feature on Disney+ in the USA

Share:

Have you ever wished that you could have a watch party for some of your favorite Disney classics? The wait is over — for Americans at least. As reported by Variety, Disney+ has now launched a new feature called GroupWatch, allowing up to six additional users to synchronously stream Disney+ content.

While GroupWatch will not have a chat feature (to minimize distractions), there is a reaction feature that allows users to share emojis in real-time. The feature can be activated via the details page. A link will then appear to be shared with up to six other people to collectively stream.

We can’t wait to start streaming with our friends and family! GroupWatch is available on all Disney+ titles. What do you plan to collectively stream with GroupWatch? Let us know in the comments!
