Jessica Jones alumna Leah Gibson and Devious Maids star Nathan Owens are set to have recurring roles in Batwoman‘s second season, joining new lead Javicia Leslie and Shivaani Ghai, who also recurs in the series, Deadline exclusively reported.
Gibson will play skilled assassin Tatiana, aka “The Whisper” who is one of Safiyah’s most important henchwomen and still harbors feelings for her powerful boss. Owens will portray zen gardener Ocean, a thinker with a complicated past and a loyal soldier and fighter who moves to Gotham looking for a new beginning.
Gibson is best known for her series regular role of Inez in the second season of Jessica Jones and the major recurring character of Vivienne in season two of Sacred Lights. She also recently recurred in season two of Manifest. Owens is best known for his role as Cameron Davis on Days of Our Lives and as Jesse Morgan on Devious Minds.
Season two of Batwoman is set to premiere in January 2021 on The CW.
